What is a Refund?

We understand mistakes happen. A refund means you get your money back if:

  • You bought the wrong course by mistake
  • The course materials promised were not delivered
  • You faced technical issues or couldn’t join due to full seats

When Can You Get a Refund?

You can request a refund within 48 hours of your purchase if:

  • You haven’t completed more than 1 class
  • You haven’t downloaded materials or attempted quizzes
  • You haven’t received a certificate
  • It’s not an e-book or digital product

Important: No refunds after 48 hours or if any part of the course is used.

Course Transfer Option

Bought the wrong course?
We can transfer you to another course if you ask within 48 hours.

  • If the new course is more expensive, pay the extra.
  • If cheaper, we’ll give you a voucher for the balance

What Happens After You Request a Refund?

  • Your course access will be paused
  • Our team will review your request
  • If approved, you’ll be removed from the course
  • Your money will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 working days
